Can I Return My Item(s) For a Refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can claim a refund for this item by emailing us within 3 days of purchase of the product. We will then organise a full refund for the product, minus shipping charge, or a credit note in your favour with Homeware Boutique. If an item is faulty or damaged in transport please email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will organise a replacement and notify you of its delivery date. We will collect the damaged item with delivery of the replacement. Funds will be returned via the initial payment method, at your request credit can be applied to your account instead of being credited to your card. Refunds will be applied once manufacturer has deemed item faulty.

How Do I Return an Item (s)?
Once you have informed us of the request to return an item within the stipulated “claims period” via email, we shall contact you in order to organise the collection of the item and necessary refund/ credit note. Goods must be returned in original packaging & original condition.

Exchange Products?
If you would like to exchange, please note that new delivery charges will apply.

Breakages:
If any item ceramic, glass or other fragile item you receive is cracked, chipped or damaged please contact us at info@lush-event.com. These damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the items. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48hours of receipt.

Shipping
All orders received through “Homeware Boutique” are processed and dispatched within 5 working day of receiving the order, subject to stock availability. Therefore, depending on the delivery option that you select, your products will usually be with you in just a few days.

How quickly will my order arrive?
“Homeware Boutique” delivers direct to you. On rare occasions we may run low on stock of items, which are supplied externally and will manually adjust the delivery time accordingly. The estimated delivery will be 2 - 4 weeks. If this is the case, we will inform you via email. If you have any queries relating to product availability then contact us at info@homewareboutique.com.

Lost Packages
You will be emailed a tracking number along with the transport company details once the package is dispatched. This enables you to track your package online. On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our “Homeware Boutique” Team at info@homewareboutique.com who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days after you have received notification that the items have been dispatched for delivery, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from “Homeware Boutique”.

Different credit/debit card billing address
Your contact address must match your credit/debit card address. For this reason you may wish to provide a different delivery address.

Items sent as a gift
If the items you order are intended for a gift you may wish to have the goods delivered directly to the gift recipient, but have the receipt sent to your own address. We will always include our contact details with the package to enable the recipient to claim damages directly to us.
